Description

VERTO HR are currently seeking an experienced Day Concierge to join a high-end residential development based in Lewisham, South East London.

The shift pattern will be, 4on/4off - 0700 to 1900

Salary: £26,500

Main Duties:

  • Delivering excellent & exceptional customer service to all residents and being the first point of contact for all people entering the property
  • Patrols
  • Key handling
  • Parcel handling
  • Good problem solving skills/using own initiative
  • Looking smart and well presented at all times
  • Positive attitude, helpful and friendly
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with the Building Manager/team members

The successful person must have strong administrational skills outstanding customer service skills. Experience within hospitality/residential developments is desirable.
