Our Client are looking for an experienced Porter/Cleaner to work at a luxury residential development based in South West London.
Working 45 hours per week Monday - Friday with a salary of £22,449 annually.
The job requires working under the direction of the site based Estate Manager to carry out tasks as reasonably required. Duties include but are not limited to:
Vacuuming carpets
Washing hard flooring
Dusting ledges and remove cobwebs
Polishing brass
Changing light bulbs
Sweeping paths and litter picking
Leaf blowing
Snow/Ice clearance
Refuse collection from flats and taking to the bin area
Tidying and cleaning bin area
Assisting residents where possible
Periodic manning of estate office, taking telephone calls and leaving messages
Logging calls and any issues raised by residents such as leaks, cleaning and security concerns
Update the estate manager
Security patrolling
