Our client are the world's first members' studio for content creators. They combine a meaningful community with the magic of a creative studio and the convenience of a coworking space.
A highly organised and creative person has a rare chance to be at the centre of a thriving creative community. Musicians, producers, photographers, fashion designers, computer artists, and visual artists are just a few of their clients.
We're searching for a very proactive self-starter to join their team that won't be scared to contribute to different areas of the company as needed. This is a one-of-a-kind chance to get involved from the bottom up in a startup and grow with the founding team. You will be given sole ownership of this site.
Key Responsibilities
Operations:
- Have a solid grasp of running a physical space, working with the building manager to anticipate challenges and find solution
- Improve the building's and infrastructure's operating effectiveness and efficiency.
- Designing, implementing, and managing systems for proactive, housekeeping, and reactive maintenance to ensure excellent site upkeep; serving as the point of contact for the facilities team and supplier relationships to ensure adequate service is provided
- Ensuring that fire and safety regulations are followed
- Being responsible for 24/7 on-site security
- Negotiating and maintaining facilities service contracts and supplier accounts
Sales and Commercial
- Proactively acquire new prospects
- Proactively acquire new prospects
- Closely collaborating with marketing consultants on optimising marketing spend and maximising conversions
- Listing availability with marketing platforms and brokers
- Develop and cultivate relationships with current and potential clients to maintain occupancy targets
- Book site tours and close new sales opportunities
Member Engagagement and Retention
- Conducting customer surveys to find potential improvement areas
- Handling member inquiries and concerns as needed, assigning them to the proper staff members with final accountability
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction to reduce attrition
- Going above and beyond to foster an environment that is both welcoming and professional
- Improving retention and negotiating renewal conditions
People Management
- Coach, train, and upskill your team members professionally to ensure their ongoing professional development
