Are you looking for a new concierge role at a modern luxury residential block? Our client is hiring!

Working Hours: 19:00pm - 7:00am (Nights)
Shift Pattern: 4 ON - 4 OFF
Salary : £26,000
Location: EC1 (City of London)
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for all residents, guests & external visitors.
- Receive, record & distribute mail accurately.
- Answer calls and emails to the property and handle them efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive atmosphere through being personable, well mannered and helpful.
- Manage the process of ensuring the safety and security of the blocks at all times.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- At least 3 year's experience in a front of house role in a luxury residential environment.
- Excellent and proven Customer Service experience in a 5 star environment.
