Salary: £28,000 plus 10% bonus
Location: Stratford

They have developed a professional workspace for independent contractors, new businesses, and established corporations, regardless of whether a client needs a coworking desk, a temporary workspace, or a permanent private office. No matter if the client is a part of an established organisation, a small business, a start-up, or works part-time, all of their contemporary office spaces are created to meet the demands of the client and their business.
The Assistant Community Manager has a key role to play within the centre's operation. They will have responsibility for supervising the team under the direction of the Community Manager. The ACM is in charge of assisting with the daily operation's coordination. This will be accomplished by coordinating with the Community Manager and planning CSRs' activities.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Care
Assist with the management of front-of-house activities to guarantee that a high standard of client satisfaction is met.
To ensure a smooth transition for the client and a high degree of completion of all administrative, operational, and financial aspects, coordinate the client move in and client move out processes.
Finance
Help with month-end billing as directed by the community manager, HR & Revenue Operations manager, or both.
Client services are entirely and accurately recorded and billed for invoicing using Us&Co's standards and procedures.
Health & Safety
- Make sure that the health and safety inspections are finished, including the testing of fire alarms, emergency lights, monthly inspections, emergency supplies, and emergency evacuation procedures.
Business Development
By collaborating closely with the clients, promote both new and existing business opportunities and revenue-generating options.
Enhancing chances for income generation and client retention by providing excellent customer service.
Review and verify the show offices' setup and the creation of the sales packets.
IT & Telecommunications
- Helping to provide IT and telecommunications services on a daily basis.
Maintenance, Cleaning and Visual Standards
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by supervising cleaning personnel and conducting housekeeping inspections in accordance with corporate policies.
To maintain brand compliance and a high degree of presentation throughout the centre, make sure the staff adheres to a high visual standard.
Make sure a daily inspection of the building is done to assess cleaning standards. Also, make a note of any maintenance issues from this tour for the handyman to handle.
Marketing
- Communicate with the Marketing team to assist with the implementation of any new campaigns and to assist in bringing in fresh ideas that could increase sales for the company.
Team Supervision
Coordinate the team's and individual team members' daily activities.
Daily control of conference, front-of-house, and reception services.
Take part in choosing new Service Coordinators.
Be responsible for ensuring that all new hires receive a proper, structured induction that follows the CM's requirements.
