Our client is currently recruiting for an Estate Operative (Caretaker) to join their team in November.
The building is made up of 235 high-end, modern apartments.

Shifts: 5 Days per week (Flexible Rota)
Times: 7:00am - 16:00pm
Location: EC1 (City)
Salary: £28,000k
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure a high standard of cleanliness in external areas, internal communal areas, Car Park areas and Amenity Spaces.
- Managing the bins, preparing them for collection and ensuring the bin store area is neat and orderly.
- Ensuring the estate is safe and prepared for different weather conditions. Eg. clearing snow and leaves.
- Carry out light maintenance work around the development and follow the instructions of estate management carefully.
- Keep all records and paperwork up to date for compliance and health safety purposes.
Key Experience & Qualifications:
- Electrical maintenance skills desirable.
- At least 1 year in an estate operative role.
