Customer Service Experience

In order to give the centre and the company as a whole a good first image, a Client Services Assistant (CSA) will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and client satisfaction to both current and potential customers.
Role Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Involvement in client move in / out procedures
- Ability to maintain a professional and customer focused culture
- Handling client enquiries and acting in a timely fashion
- Dealing with day-to-day administration
- Ensuring reception, meeting rooms and all communal areas are welcoming, tidy and professional
Maintaining Standards
- Ensure all security procedures are always maintained
- Ensure all issues have been attended to efficiently
- Ensure general housekeeping checks to allareas conducted to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Working closely with the building management team
- Liaise with maintenance support providers regarding any building maintenance issues
Finance
- Liaise with finance team for matters relevant to payments and invoice queries
- Check delivery notes against supplier invoices.
- Have an understanding and awareness of business policy / procedure for any non-payment or late payments
Sales and Marketing
- Arranging and facilitating prospect viewings of building, office space, meeting rooms and common areas.
- Ensuring full product and service knowledge
- Involvement and contribution to social media initiatives and represent the company at business social events
Please apply if:
- Two years administration experience
- Must have GCSE's
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work with little supervision and on own initiative.
- Previous sales experience would be an advantage
