Front of House - Flexible Workspace and Coworking
Salary: £21,000 - £25,000
Location: Holborn, London
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm OR 8:30am - 5:30pm
The fast-paced environment of our client's sites are ideal for someone who is energetic, sociable, and structured. Someone with good customer service expertise, a cheerful outlook, and the capacity to appropriately address any issues is needed for the position of front of house.
To ensure that your building team achieves the highest level of operational excellence for customers and the firm, you will work with the General Manager. You foster the culture of superior service and encourage enduring member connections by enlisting, encouraging, and supporting the front of house staff. The position also entails providing each of our members with customised, high-quality customer care and supporting them daily in order to meet their business needs.Member Relationships and Building Experience
- Create a positive first impression for all members and visitors when they enter your building
- Resolve any building or member issues or requests as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Drive additional revenue streams and deliver standards in relation to meeting room bookings, additional services, and coworking membership
- Support the sales team as needed by leading tours for new and prospective members
- Drive the community and organise events that will add value to your organisation
- Always look for chances, and wherever you can, link members
- You will continually evaluate how you and your team can benefit your client's company and make sure you pay attention to member input to progressively enhance their experience
Operating and Imrpoving your Building
Delivering day to day operational systems and processes and ensuring all services are fully operational and delivered efficiently
- Support in ensuring the building is operational and should be continuously suggesting new ways to improve the space and atmosphere
- Manage incoming/outgoing post
- Carry out a building walk-through inspections daily, liaising between the helpdesks, to ensure building standards and supplies are on brand
- Assist with the management of the cleaning teams
- Manage member help desk requests and ensure they are completed inline within our SLA's or escalated accordingly
- Have a good knowledge of our technology and help with troubleshooting problems
