Sales Associate
Music Studio. Members Club. Coworking.
Our client our the world's first members' studio for content creators. They combine a meaningful community with the magic of a creative studio and the convenience of a coworking space.
Their curated community of musicians, producers, podcasters, youtubers, artists, photographers and creative entrepreneurs and businesses share a membership that celebrates diversity and inclusivity.
They have a thriving community of hundreds of professional creators and 40 studios across their first site; they now have their next two sites opening within the next 9 months.
We are on the hunt for a smart and passionate individual to become the very first Sales Executive. You will work across the West London and brand new Canary Wharf sites. You will be at the forefront of spearheading the membership sales and studio bookings, converting inbound sales, driving outbound sales and optimizing the sales processes.
This is a unique opportunity to work alongside an adventurous, passionate and fast-growing founding team and help to create a new category within the creative industries.
Responsibilities
Sales:
- Manage the sales journey from opportunity, to tour, right through to induction handover to the relevant community team
- Be a fountain of knowledge for prospective clients on the advantages and USPs of their products and services.
- Be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries and primary accountability for converting them into a booking or membership to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Research, source and pitch new membership and bookings leads through outbound sales campaigns including cold calling, relationship building, mailing lists.
- Build relationships with high value clients to drive repeat bookings (A&Rs, Labels, Producers and Artists)
- Build broker relationships for our resident spaces.
- Work closely with our marketing team to create & execute innovative campaigns that drive outbound sales
Sales Administration:
- Manage listings across all aggregator platforms making sure they are kept up to date with the latest pricing and photos
- Maintain CRM & inbound email inbox hygiene and ensure all team members who interact with it keep it clean too
- Manage and organise sales collateral
- Assist in competitor research to ensure we are always ahead of the curve
- Identify improvements on our current processes to optimise for conversion and efficiency.
Experience & Requirements
2+ years experience in D2C sales.
Preferably experienced in Members Clubs, Workspaces &/or Recording Studios.
Experience with CRM platforms

Compensation:
Package: Basic Salary of £30,000 to £35,000 OTE £40,000 to £45,000 Year 1
