Assistant Centre Manager - Customer and Operations Experience
Working Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 plus up to 10% bonus
Location: West London - Ladbroke Grove
One of the UK's top suppliers of flexible workspaces, who are renowned for their design-driven modern facilities, welcoming employees, and unmatched personable customer service, are looking for an Assistant Centre Manager with experience who can excel at being the welcoming face of the company while ensuring the centre runs smoothly.
Aims of the Role:
Assist the Centre Manager to pro-actively manage the Centre ensuring:
- Excellent client satisfaction and service delivery.
- By implementing on-site initiatives, rent roll and occupancy are maximised.
- Create and keep a robust community network.
- Highest levels of centre presentation and upkeep
Main Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Be the first point of contact for guests and clients by remaining visible at the front desk or hot desk, as necessary
- Ensure that all clients and visitors to the centre receive first-rate customer service.
- Engage with all current clients and possible new clients to deepen and broaden positive client connections by learning about them and their companies.
- To maintain complete customer satisfaction, make sure that all daily client requests and complaints are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Team Management
- Manage and inspire the on-site team
- Take an entrepreneurial attitude to the task and maintain effective communication with coworkers to ensure that you operate together as a team
- Cooperate closely with the FM team to achieve effective, transparent communication throughout the Center.
- In cooperation with the Area Manager, fill in for the Community Manager when they are not available
Marketing, Community Management and Sustainability
- Encourage the establishment and upkeep of communities inside the Center.
- Help organise networking events to meet and establish new connections with prospective clients and important stakeholders
- Utilise appropriate social media channels in accordance with corporate standards to raise awareness of both clients and the Center in the larger community
Centre Management
- Assist in finding enhancements to the Center that will provide value and suggest them to the top management teams.
- Work well with the FM team to maintain high presentation standards, schedule reactive work as needed, and assure quality
- Know how to manage the dilapidations process and unit preparation in accordance with company procedures.
- You should be familiar with consumers moving in and out
- Make sure everyone is adhering to the lease conditions.
- Execute certain tasks as determined by the Center Manager
Finance
- Collaborate with the centre manager, the FM manager, and other colleagues to stay under the service charge budget
- Encourage sales to meet corporate goals, and make sure rent and service charge income is hitting all predetermined levels
- Prior to turning over challenging cases to the Credit Control team, assist with arrears collection
- Help manage the cost of business rates while ensuring that payable rates are reduced as much as possible
