Sales and Marketing Manager - Sales, Serviced Office and Marketing Experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 plus discretionary bonus
Location: London
Our client is the longest standing flexible workspace provider. They are a flexible workspace company owning 15 sites across London, with private office spaces as well as inviting communal areas. This comapny own their buildings and are not planning on selling any of them, just continuing to improve them. What this means for their residents is stability. They can be secure in the knowledge that their office is their office. They have bright offices of all shapes and sizes as well as amenities like meeting rooms, kitchens, multiple breakout spaces and gyms.
Job Specification:
Manage the Central Sales and Marketing team
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing marketing initiatives to increase sales and profitability of the company
- Propose marketing plans
- Report progress to the Exec team
- Drive sales, direct and also through existing and new sales channels
- Exhibiting strong communication and decision-making skills
- Manage broker relationships at a strategic level
- Improve existing CRM use and reporting to provide more data driven insights
- Manage external marketing consultant
- Ensure efficient lead management, updating new, overturned, rejected leads on to CRM and ensure brokers are updated with the status
- Communicating viewings with Centre teams, as well as attending viewings that require a senior presence
- Using impecable negotiating skills to drive sales
- Continuous research and analysis of the market and local competition, producing regular reports
- Work on content and marketing strategy, developing ideas with Marketing Consultant and creating digital campaigns to drive direct leads
- Suggest target rates for each building
- Providing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to Exec team of leads received, viewings arranged, deals done/under offer, comparing month on month
- Reporting on competitors, new competition and gathering broker feedback of the market comparing ours to other competitor offers
