Working Hours: 10:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday

Location: Hackey, East London

Our client's sites are designed and made to promote growth, community and collaboration. Thanks to them, leaders in the creative sector can work from a workspace that inspires. To maximise potential and allow the resident experience to change over time, they continue to develop and improve their locations.

Aims of the Role:

With an emphasis on community, resident services, and amenities, you will be in charge of creating and upholding an extraordinary resident experience.

To make sure the locations feel warm, effective, and inspiring, you will hire, train, and develop the best personnel to oversee Front of House teams across sites. You will cover the Front of House shift's first hour as well as lunch.

You will offer suggestions to improve systems by streamlining them, as well as making sure all resident services, like meeting spaces, are offered to the greatest possible standard to guarantee a positive resident experience.

With your strong interpersonal abilities, you will establish connections with the locals and help them get to know one another, creating bonds that will strengthen the community. You will be in charge of managing the onboarding and offboarding of every resident in addition to organising an annual schedule of events that will enhance the resident experience and foster community.

By performing routine site walks, setting KPIs, and performing spot checks to ensure ideal standards, you will ensure the efficient operation of our physical buildings. You will be in charge of managing our garbage, cleaning, and security providers on a daily basis.

You will be in charge of overseeing all leasing and renewals for our coworking locations as well as achieving and exceeding occupancy and revenue goals.

A person who appreciates working in a fast-paced workplace and is able to maintain a laid-back, amiable demeanour at all times would excel in this position.

In order for the team to meet and surpass renewal and revenue targets, you will provide administrative assistance and make sure the resident experience is optimised throughout each resident's lease under the direction of the Resident Experience Manager.
