Community Lead

Innovation Hub. Serviced Office. Coworking. Flexible Office.

Location: East London

Salary: £31,000 plus bonus

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Our client is looking for a Full-time Community Lead for a London location

Responsibilities

Manage Accounts - The goal is to assist our client's members in achieving their targets. Proactively obtaining customer feedback in order to make sure customers are satisfied as well as showing a solution oriented, productive approach to potential escalations.

Build our Community - Make getting to know the customers your business, so you are as able as possible to create profound & mutually beneficial contacts between them & the wider community of our client. Support your group and enter meaningful collaborations with third parties to harmonise the creation of a lively place of work.

Deliver a 5* Service - The objective of our client is to deliver a service that accelerates the expansion and development of their members. Bring care, conscience and a critical mentality, so you can aid in continually improving their services.

Requirements

If you are an independently driven and solution-oriented professional, they would love to meet you! You will be the face and voice of the corporation, supporting their clients and being a leader of the Community Team.

Experience - You have collected experience doing a Community Lead, Operations Lead, Account Manager or a related stance and are excited to apply your acquired skills at the company.

Organisation - You are self-motivated and keenly look to enhance processes and approach tasks with a resourceful can-do mindset. Your organisational skills mean you can remain level-headed in a demanding environment.

Kindness - Soft skills are highly valued at our company. Demonstrating a sincere interest in your company and colleagues, merchants and any other third parties.
