Description

Are you looking for a part - time concierge opportunity?

Our client is currently seeking a concierge to work at a luxury residency in Horsham, close to the town centre.

The shifts will be Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 13:00pm.

Duties will include:

  • Maintaining a high level of customer service to residents/visitors/contractors by greeting them upon arrival and handling their requests efficiently.
  • Accepting residents parcels and distributing them accurately.
  • Providing access to approved contractors and distributing access fobs to residents
  • Keeping the front desk neat and orderly
  • Reporting any health and safety issues throughout the building

You must have a strong customer service background or direct concierge experience to be considered for this role.
