Our client is looking for an exceptional Part Time Night Porter to work on a luxury residential development in North West London paying £20,996 p/a (equivalent to £11.10ph).
Rota/Hours:
3 nights per week, Thursdays, Fridays & SaturdaysThis is a Temp to Perm position, so you must be immediately available to trial on site should you be successful.
Previous experience working in luxury apartments or 4/5* hotels would be desirable. This is a busy development so candidates must be able to multi-task on the front desk whilst providing exceptional customer service to residents.
Duties will include:
-Manning the reception desk
-Security patrols of the development on a regular basis
-Dealing with any queries or issues from residents
-Ensuring no trespassers gain entry to the development
-Looking into maintenance issues for residents where able (such as checking communal boiler rooms and resetting electricy switches if and when needed)
-Supervising contractors
-Holding keys
-Ensuring that communal areas are kept clean and tidy
-Distributing post and parcels
The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
