ROLE
To ensure that designated communal areas of our client's luxury residentil building is kept clean and tidy, as per the specific responsibilities detailed below.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all residents' bins are checked, emptied daily and taken to site rubbish bin area. All residents' recycling bags removed and taken to site recycling bin area
- All rubbish bins and recycling bins to be taken out of bin area daily, ready for refuse collection
- Regular sweeping and jet washing of all external lightwells
- Regular sweeping of rear external stairs
- Regular sweeping of residents' external balconies and fire escape stairs
Additional notes
- Appropriate hazard signs to be displayed while undertaking wet work. All H&S requirements to be adhered to
From time to time, additional ad-hoc duties (light maintenance/cleaning) may be required to be carried out
