Assistant Residential Property Manager
Job Type: Full time - Monday to Fridays from 09:00-17:30
Duties:
* Assisting with arranging reactive and proactive maintenance
* Dealing with enquiries from residents and leaseholders and responding promptly
* Help to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as instructing remedial works if needed
* Ensuring compliance with lease terms and covenants
* Aid client reportingQualities/ Skills:
* Strong interpersonal and business communication skills
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
* Teamwork
* Can-do attitude
* Attention to detailThe successful candidate will be IT literate, with excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to organise their time effectively. As well as being a team player, they will be able to work on their own initiative and think creatively.
