Our client is seeking an experienced Estate and Facilities Manager to join their friendly team!
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9am - 5:30pm.
Salary - £32,500 - £35,000 ( depending on expereince )
Purpose of the position To be responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the estate (this means the buildings and associated grounds) including the supervision of all estate staff and contractors, and ensuring all buildings are well maintained and welcoming
Essential qualifications:
5 GCSE Grade A-C including English and Maths
