Our client is looking for a Lead Concierge to join their team based in a high end residential building in SE1.
This is an excellent opportunity for an expereinced Concierge to enhance their career within the residential industry.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 40 hours per week ( flexible working where required to suit business needs )Salary:
£32,000 per annumDuties:
To maintain an effective managerial relationship with all staff, ensuring that they remain motivated and that their work is of the required high standard
Handle work rota with the Building Manager
Overseeing the operation of all front of house operations relating to the development
To ensure that all incidents and accidents are logged accordingly and appropriate actions taken
Overseeing the front of house staff and making sure customer service is 5* at all timesThe ideal candidate must have expereince must have Concierge expereince within a high-end residential building and a proven track record within change management.
Heatlh and safety and an SIA licence would be desirable.
