Night Concierge

We are working with a luxury residential development based in West London who are actively seeking an experienced Night Concierge to join the team. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong personality. A successful candidate will be able to work in the team and alone on site which can be demanding at the time.

Hours: 7pm to 7am

Rota: 4 on 4 off

Salary: £24,500 p/a

Duties would include:

• Managing all aspects of front of house concierge office.
• Providing high levels of customer service to residents/ visitors and clients.
• Assisting residents, contractors and visitors when and where required.
• Reporting Faults and Defects through appropriate channels.
• Answering telephone calls and emails and logging of messages.
• Signing in and out visitors and contractors.
• Receiving parcels and letters on behalf of residents then programming them on a parcel data base system before putting them on shelf for collection.
• Key Holding and management, programming fob keys and car remote control fobs for contractors and residents.
• Handing out keys and access fob to cleaners, residents and contractors as required.

Ideal candidate:

• Minimum 2 years' experience working as a residential Concierge or within a similar role in 4-5* hotels
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Effective communicational skills
• Immaculately presented
• A 'can-do' attitude & pro-active individual
