- Description
Our client is seeking a pro-active Day Porter/ Caretaker to work on a luxury residential apartment block based in Mayfair.
Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) & Saturdays (9am to 12pm)
Salary: £26,000 p/a
Duties:
- Responsible for the welcoming residents and guests to the property
- Responsible for the cleanliness and comfort of the reception area and common parts always
- To respond proactively to resident requests. Always respond a timely and polite manner
- To monitor all persons at the property and ensure they have a right to be present.
- Daily and weekly cleaning communal areas, including hoovering, polishing etc.
- Weekly testing of smoke/fire alarms
- To be courteous and helpful to all resident as well as to residents' staff and guests and to contractors employed by the residents of the building.
- Oversight and reporting of contractors onsite, keeping PM updated on progress and quality reports.
- Keeping a log of all contractors/visitors who are present on site. Ensuring all are signed in and out accurately.
Ideally candidates will have worked in a similar role previously within luxury residential blocks or 4-5* hotels.
