Our Client are currently seeking a Building Manager to work at a luxury residential development based in Richmond.
The role is for an initial 6 month contract, which is likely to become permanent.
Hours of work will be:
Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
Previous experience working in luxury residential apartments would be necessary. Candidates must be immaculately presented, possess strong customer service skills and be able to abide by procedures set by the managing agents.Main Purpose:
Overseeing the safety and maintenance of the buildings and communal areas while ensuring that these properties comply with all applicable regulations. Recommending and coordinating improvements to the property as needed to ensure a safe, functional, appealing space and great atmosphere for the staff and residents alike.Job Duties:
- Maintaining a safe environment with proper lighting and signage according to Fire regulations
- Updating emergency plans and evacuation procedures in case of fire
- Overseeing security, fire prevention and other safety systems
- Scheduling regular building maintenance and cleaning services
- Contacting professionals for repairs as needed
The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
