Our Client is currently seeking a Project Admin/Resident Liaison Officer to work a 3 month temporary contract at a large high end residential building based in North West London (could be extended if required).
Working Monday to Friday with the hours of 9am - 5pm.
Salary is £12 to £15 per hour
Duties include but are not limited to:
Administration and office assistance
To act as first point of contact for estate/resident telephone enquiries and ensure all administration in relation to such enquiries is resolved.
To act as front of house for the Estate Office, ensuring that all contractors working on site are signed in, issued with permits to work, signing in and out of keys and access fobs as appropriate.
In conjunction with the Development Manager and Property Manager, to deliver excellent customer service forming relationships with internal and external clients alike, dealing with all tenants' queries and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
To act as the first point of contact for tenant's repairs, reporting to the Development Manager/Property Manager where necessary and adopting agreed procedures.
To complete any actions at the point of notification.
To check the quality of repairs carried out on site where requested by the Development Manager.
Supporting the team in day to day activities
Being in contact with residents, building strong long-term relationships and assisting them with any issues or queries they may have
Assisting the team with meetings
Ensuring all relevant information is kept up to date and recorded accurately
