Our Client is seeking a Night Concierge to join their team at a luxury residential building based in North West London.
The successful candidate must hold a valid driving licence and will have previous experience working at high-end developments or hotels.
Hours of Work
Shift of 4 nights on, 4 nights off - 19:00 to 07:00Main duties
To be present at the Concierge/Reception Desk to assist residents, visitors and colleagues as and when requestedTo ensure all residents and visitors receive a warm and sincere welcome including assistance with luggage and shopping where required
To ensure that the highest levels of customer care and service are maintained at all times. Deal effectively with complaints, take the correct action and remain courteous at all times
To check and screen all visitors and any contractor staff, ensuring that they have permission to be present in the building. Report any suspicious/unusual behaviour, calling the police if necessary
To carefully control the issuing of keys to apartments
To maintain the security of the building at all times, e.g. carry out regular patrols of the entire building, monitoring of CCTV, dealing with any disturbances and reporting any faults and/or security breaches found to the Building Manager
Monitoring the telephone and Concierge email account
Ensure that valet parking services are provided to guests and to control parking on the forecourt and ensure the driveway is kept clear for traffic movement at all times
To ensure the tidiness of the forecourt, driveway, gardens and building perimeter and assist with the cleanliness of public areas outside
To carry out minor maintenance duties where necessary and in particular, out of normal maintenance working hours, e.g. dealing with faults, leaks and changing of light bulbs
To be fully conversant with the fire alarm systems and evacuation procedures
To comply with all relevant internal rules, policies and procedures including those relating to Health & Safety, data protection and those contained within the issued Employee Handbook
To be able to give a clear and concise handover at the end of the shift, highlighting any events that have occurred and forthcoming events
Maintain a clean and smart appearance at all times, wearing either the staff uniform or a suit
The successful candidates must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
