Day Porter

We are working with a prestigious luxury residential development to find an experienced and hands-on Day Porter in Central London (W1).

Day Porter - Luxury Residential Development
Location: Central London
Salary: £28,000-£33,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 7am-7pm
Start Date: December 2026

This is a varied, front-facing role suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of service, security and presentation within a luxury residential environment. The successful candidate will play an important part in the day-to-day running of the building, providing a welcoming and professional service to residents, visitors and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house service to residents and visitors.

Managing the reception desk and handling incoming parcels and deliveries.

Monitoring building access and supporting site security procedures.

Assisting residents with day-to-day enquiries and requests.

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, tidiness and presentation throughout communal areas.

Liaising with colleagues, contractors and building management as required.

Carrying out general porter duties and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the development.

About You:
Previous experience in a porter, concierge or front-of-house role within a residential building or similar environment.

A hands-on, proactive approach with a strong sense of responsibility.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

A professional, approachable and reliable manner.

Good awareness of security procedures and attention to detail.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
