Night Concierge

Hours: 4 on 4 off, 7:00pm to 7:00am
Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 per annum depending on experience
Location: Central / North London

We are looking for a professional and reliable Night Concierge to join the onsite team at a luxury residential development in London.

Duties:

• Provide a professional, friendly and welcoming service to residents, guests and visitors.
  
  
• Manage the front desk throughout the night and respond to resident enquiries or requests.
  
  
• Monitor access to the building and ensure all visitors and contractors follow the correct sign-in procedures.
  
  
• Carry out regular security and building patrols, reporting any concerns or incidents.
  
  
• Monitor CCTV, access control systems and communal areas where required.
  
  
• Manage keys securely and follow the correct key release and sign-in/out procedures.
  
  
• Receive and manage parcels and deliveries in line with site procedures.
  
  
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, including fire alarms, leaks, security incidents and other out-of-hours issues.
  
  
• Escalate maintenance issues and emergencies to the appropriate contractors, management team or emergency services.
  
  
• Maintain accurate incident reports, patrol records and shift handovers.
  
  
• Ensure reception, front-of-house and communal areas remain clean, tidy and well presented.
  
  
• Support residents with general enquiries while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and professionalism.
  
  
• Complete a thorough handover for the incoming team, highlighting any incidents, maintenance issues, contractor visits or outstanding actions.
  
  
• Follow all building procedures, health & safety requirements and company policies.
  
  

Experience:

• Previous Concierge, residential property, hotel, security or front of house experience is preferred.
  
  
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
  
  
• Professional and well presented.
  
  
• Confident working independently throughout the night.
  
  
• Reliable, punctual and able to remain alert during long night shifts.
  
  
• Calm and confident when dealing with emergencies or difficult situations.
  
  
• Good written communication and basic IT skills for emails, reports and handovers.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to building presentation and security.
  
  
• An understanding of fire safety, health & safety and residential building procedures would be beneficial.
