Luxury Residential Assistant Concierge & Doorperson
Location: Central London (W1)
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off | 7:00am - 7:00pmAn exceptional opportunity has arisen for a polished, customer-focused Assistant Concierge & Doorperson to join a prestigious luxury residential development in Central London.
This is a varied, front-of-house role where you'll be the first point of contact for residents, guests and visitors, delivering an outstanding level of service while supporting the wider concierge team. The position combines external doorperson duties with internal concierge support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being on their feet and interacting with people throughout the day.
Please note: This is an active role, with the majority of the shift spent standing. Time will be split between the main entrance and assisting with back of house duties, assisting the reception/concierge team on a rotating basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all residents, guests and visitors.
- Open doors, assist with luggage, arrange taxis and provide local directions when required.
- Build strong relationships with residents while delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Support the Concierge team with resident requests and day-to-day front-of-house operations.
- Manage incoming deliveries, parcels and collections efficiently.
- Sign contractors and visitors in and out, ensuring all security procedures are followed.
- Assist with valet driving duties where parking or retrieving of residents cars are required.
- Maintain exceptional presentation standards within all front-of-house areas.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience within luxury residential, hospitality, hotels or a premium customer service environment.
- Is confident, approachable and naturally service-driven.
- Has excellent communication skills and fluent spoken and written English.
- Remains calm and professional in a busy environment.
- Takes pride in personal presentation and attention to detail.
- Holds a full, clean UK or EU driving licence, has held it for at least two years, and is 25+ years old for insurance purposes.
