Description

We are working with a high end residential development based in West London, actively seeking a Temp to Perm Estate Operative/ Caretaker to assist on site, providing general cleaning support for the buildings and external areas.

Hours: Sunday - Thursday (8am to 5pm)

Rate: £9.20 per hour + Holiday Pay

There is potential for this temporary role to be made permanent should the candidate perform well on site.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Oversee cleaning of external areas of blocks according to cleaning specification.
- Clean and polish entrance doors and door furniture.
- Empty, clean and replace waste bins.
- Check all overflows externally
- Pick up litter

Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a caretaker, yardperson or estate operative
- Honest and Reliable
- Team Player
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
