About our client
Our client is an established residential leasehold managing agent. They manage a large and growing portfolio of leasehold properties under several service tiers, from standard block management through to prime residential. They're a structured, process-driven business with a strong compliance focus, and they take qualification and professional development seriously.
The role
They're looking for a Mobilisation Property Manager to join their integrations team, based out of their office on a hybrid basis. This is a specialist role sitting at the front end of the business, owning the onboarding and handover of new build developments from developer clients into long-term management. You'll carry your own portfolio of three London sites (around 780 units once fully handed over) while also overseeing new build integrations across the wider business, including sites being allocated to other property managers.
The portfolio spans sites across London, with phased handovers expected to increase both site numbers and unit count over time.
What you'll be doing
- Managing end-to-end developer handovers, including pre-handover site meetings, snagging lists, insurance placement, and data input ahead of go-live
- Acting as the primary contact for developer clients on incoming business, coordinating with internal teams throughout the integration process
- Setting up and managing service charge budgets, Section 20 notices, and compliance documentation for new build sites from day one
- Conducting regular site visits, issuing written reports within 48 hours, and managing reactive maintenance across your portfolio
- Chairing and minuting AGMs and EGMs, including managing the transition from developer control to residential control once developers step down
- Reading and interpreting leases, freehold documents, and Mems & Arts to ensure the terms are applied correctly from handover
Skills and experience
Essential
- Minimum two years' property management experience in a PM role
- Demonstrable experience managing new build developments through handover
- Experience holding AGMs and EGMs and transitioning developments to residential control
- Proven stakeholder management skills across developers, leaseholders, and internal teams
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Experience with mechanical equipment
Why join them
Hybrid working with a mix of office, home, and site days each week. A growing portfolio with genuine variety across new build integrations and long-term managed sites. Structured support and a clear framework for professional development, including industry qualifications.
