Our client is searching for a cleaner to join their large residential scheme based in Croydon.
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary - £27,000 per annum ( £13ph )JOB DESCRIPTION Operational Management To provide the highest levels of customer service and to seek/achieve continuous improvement. To always act in a professional and courteous manner. To deliver the required, scheduled cleaning services , including internal and external cleaning To undetake cleaning, per the assigned building schedule to a high standard. To undertake litter picking arouund the assigned building external communal areas on a daily basis To ensure the refuse and recycling areas are checked on a daily basis and kept clean and work with the assigned Estate operative where necessary to achieve this. To undertake spot cleaning carpet cleaning (where trained or assigned). To provide cleaning supply and stock dates to the Estate Manager for them to provide adequate and suitable supplies. To promote sustainability initiatives as directed by the Managing Agent To distribute relevant notices, newsletters, and information to residents and make sure all noticeboards are up to date. To attend training courses as directed by the employer/ Managing Agent To have an in-depth working knowledge of the site Dwellant Management To monitor the Dwellant system any issues that have been posted requiring action and resolve or escalate accordingly. To log all lease breaches by opening a request on Dwellant To report to the Estate Operation Manager issues of disrepair, H&S risk and breakdowns found on each clean. H&S Management To ensure the site is a well-managed, safe, clean and secure environment in which to live and work. To report and document incidents, accidents, or near-miss situations by reporting the matter to the Estate Manager and completing any relevant documentation. To ensure that all incidents or accidents are logged accordingly. To report as part of a the daily inspection, of all internal and external common areas of the development and report any defects, repairs, security or health and safety concerns to the Estate Operations Manager or Property Manager. To adopt and implement the procedures directed by the Managing Agent or their Health and Safety Consultant. To ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
