Mobile Handyman - Residential Portfolio
Full-time | Monday-Friday | 9am - 5pm | Company Van Provided
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Handyman to support a portfolio of residential developments. This is a varied, hands-on role focused on communal area maintenance only, including light repairs, painting and decorating, and general upkeep across multiple sites.

You will be provided with a company van and will work closely with on-site teams to ensure communal spaces are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• General light maintenance within communal areas across multiple sites

• Painting and decorating of corridors, lobbies, stairwells and shared spaces

• Basic repairs (e.g. door adjustments, fixtures, minor carpentry)

• Maintaining bin stores, plant rooms and back-of-house areas

• Supporting site teams with reactive communal maintenance requests

• Carrying out regular visual checks of communal areas

• Reporting larger maintenance issues to management

• Keeping tools, materials and company van organised and safe

About You

• Previous experience in a handyman / maintenance role

• Confident with painting and decorating

• Able to carry out general light maintenance tasks

• Professional, reliable and self-motivated

• Comfortable working independently across multiple locations

• Good communication skills when liaising with on-site teams

Requirements

• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)

• Comfortable travelling between sites
