Start: ASAP
Salary: £30,160.00 per annum
Hourly rate: £14.50
Hours: 40 hours per week
Work pattern: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with a one-hour unpaid break
AL entitlement: 20 days - Does NOT work BH
Job Summary
- To oversee and manage all cleaning operations, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times.
- To supervise cleaning staff across residential, concierge, amenities, gym, and pool areas.
- To ensure smooth day-to-day delivery of services.
Responsibilities & Duties
- To manage and supervise all cleaning staff across the site, ensuring full coverage and high performance.
- To oversee cleaning operations across:
- Residential areas and communal spaces
- Concierge and resident amenities
- To ensure cleaning is delivered in line with agreed schedules and frequencies.
- To carry out regular inspections of all areas and ensure standards are consistently met.
- To manage staff rotas, attendance, and holiday/sickness cover.
- To train and support staff, ensuring correct use of equipment and adherence to procedures.
- To ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
- To maintain stock control of cleaning materials and equipment.
- To liaise with the Account Manager, Health & Safety Manager, and Managing Agent.
- To report maintenance issues, hazards, and incidents promptly.
- To ensure excellent presentation and cleanliness across all internal and external areas.
- To step in operationally where required.

Experience Required
- Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role
- Experience managing teams in residential or commercial environments
