Leasing Associate - Build to Rent

We are looking for a Leasing associate to join a busy Build-to-Rent residential development in East London.

You will support the leasing team by managing tenancy applications, coordinating referencing and ensuring a smooth move-in experience for residents.

Responsibilities

• Managing lettings enquiries and booking viewings

• Processing tenancy applications and referencing

• Preparing tenancy agreements and documentation

• Coordinating deposit registrations

• Maintaining accurate resident and applicant records

• Supporting the leasing team to achieve occupancy targets

Ideal background

• Experience in lettings, estate agency or property administration.

• Strong organisational and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced residential environment

• Experience using property management systems (Yardi desirable)
