We are currently recruiting for a polished and professional Day Concierge to join a luxury residential development in SW10.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a front-facing, resident-focused environment.

The Role

Working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (7am-7pm), you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all residents and visitors

• Provide a warm, professional welcome at all times

• Anticipate and respond proactively to resident needs

• Assist with general front-of-house duties including parcel management and key handling

• Monitor CCTV and access control systems

• Support with emergency procedures and ensure site safety protocols are followed

• Act as a strong ambassador for the development and managing agent

About You

• Previous experience in concierge, reception, or front-of-house roles (residential or hospitality preferred)

• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

• Well-presented, reliable, and proactive

• Calm and decisive under pressure

• Familiar with CCTV, access control, and basic security procedures

• Knowledge of fire safety and first aid is advantageous

The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
