An established residential managing agent is looking to appoint a senior block manager to oversee a prime portfolio in Central London.
This role is suited to an experienced Block Manager who is confident advising high-level clients and managing a portfolio independently.
The Role
Full management of 6 to 8 residential buildings in Central London
Direct client contact with boards and freeholders
Full autonomy
This is a senior-level position. You will be expected to provide clear advice, manage relationships confidently, and take ownership of your portfolio.
