Day Concierge - Residential

Location: Marylebone, W1
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: 4 on / 4 off | 8:00am - 8:00pm
Contract: Permanent, Full‑Time

We are currently recruiting for a Day Concierge to join the on‑site team at a well‑maintained residential development in Marylebone (W1).

This is a front‑facing role suited to someone who takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service while maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well‑presented environment for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors
• Providing a professional and welcoming concierge service at all times
• Monitoring access to the building and maintaining site security procedures
• Receiving, logging, storing, and issuing parcels and deliveries
• Carrying out regular site walk‑arounds and reporting any maintenance or health & safety issues
• Liaising with contractors and managing visitor sign‑ins
• Maintaining accurate logs, handovers, and records
• Ensuring the concierge desk and communal areas are kept clean, tidy, and presentable

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a concierge, front‑of‑house, reception, or customer‑facing role
• Residential concierge experience is desirable but not essential
• Professional, well‑presented, and confident dealing with residents
• Strong communication skills and a calm, proactive approach
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working 12‑hour day shifts
• Good attention to detail
