What you'll be doing
Managing day-to-day client accounts
Making sure rent, landlord payments, and contractor payments are accurate and on time
Chasing arrears in line with regulations
Handling deposits, rent increases, and landlord floats
Keeping files audit-ready and compliant
Acting as a key point of contact for landlords, tenants, and internal teams
What they're looking for
At least 2 years' experience in lettings client accounts
Someone organised, accurate, and comfortable handling client money
Clear communication and a steady approach
Experience with Reapit is a strong advantage
An interest in continuing professional development
