Client Accountant

What you'll be doing

• Managing day-to-day client accounts

• Making sure rent, landlord payments, and contractor payments are accurate and on time

• Chasing arrears in line with regulations

• Handling deposits, rent increases, and landlord floats

• Keeping files audit-ready and compliant

• Acting as a key point of contact for landlords, tenants, and internal teams

What they're looking for

• At least 2 years' experience in lettings client accounts

• Someone organised, accurate, and comfortable handling client money

• Clear communication and a steady approach

• Experience with Reapit is a strong advantage

• An interest in continuing professional development
