We are recruiting for a Day Concierge / Chauffeur on an exquisite, luxury residential development in South West London.
Position: Day Concierge/Chauffeur
Working Hours: 4on 4off 0800-2000
Salary: £35,000 per annumDuties:
- Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
- Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
- Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
- Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
- Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
- Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
- Driving the house car for the residents..
- Maintaining the house car with fuel, scheduling services/MOTs/maintenance and organising valeting of the car.
- Valet parking residents' vehicles within the development.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License held for over 3 years.
- Worked as a Chauffeur/Driver previously.
- Background working in Luxury Residential Buildings and/or 5* hotels.
