Security Officer

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Night Security to join the team at a luxury development in East London.

Shift pattern: 7pm - 7am, 4on 4off

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Main duties:

1. Control and manage the access of residents and visitors.
2. Obtains help by sounding alarms as appropriate or contacting the relevant authorities.
3. Prevents losses and damage
4. Controls traffic and the movement of people by directing drivers / persons.
5. Complete reports and system-based tasks by recording observations, information occurrences, and surveillance activities.
6. Ensure adherence to the defined security protocols, tasks and SOPs.
7. Responds to all alarms.
8. Manage the acceptance, logging and processing of all residential parcels inclusive of monitoring for suspicious packages as per the provide SOP.
9. Stays in contact with other security personnel to make sure the development is always secure.

Requirements:

1. Experience in Residential or 5* Hotels.
2. SIA License.
3. Immaculate presentation.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
5. Have excellent communication skills.
6. Experience in the highest level of customer service.
7. Be able to demonstrate initiative.

The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
