Caretaker

Our Client are currently looking for an experienced Caretaker to join their team at a luxury residential site in South West London.

Working Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch) and every other Saturday 9am - 1pm.

Salary is £26,647,40 annually, increasing to £28,500 annually after probation.

Duties include:

• Carry out daily cleaning of internal communal areas, including hoovering, mopping, and general upkeep.
• Undertake outdoor duties such as litter picking, jet washing of walkways and hardstanding areas, and general grounds maintenance.
• Water plants and maintain the presentation of landscaped areas as required.
• Complete one full refuse and bin store clean per day, ensuring waste areas are kept clean, tidy, and compliant with health & safety standards.
• Monitor cleanliness standards throughout the site and respond promptly to ad-hoc cleaning requirements.
• Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and in line with COSHH and health & safety guidelines.
• Report any hazards, damages, or maintenance issues to the appropriate team.
• Work independently while maintaining a proactive and conscientious approach to duties.
