We are currently hiring for a Multi Trader to oversee a range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks on a luxury residential development based in SW London. This will involve carpentry, basic locksmith work, roofing and guttering repairs, decoration, and general building upkeep.

Hours: Thursday - Monday (8am to 5pm)

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Duties:

• Provide quotes and report any further maintenance problems that need attention.
• Produce accurate reports on completed jobs and report back to the office using the company's phone app system.
• Safe Driving skills are essential as well as an excellent knowledge of London as a whole.
• Carpentry repairs to doors and windows.
• Basic locksmith works - repairs/adjustment of door closers and locks.
• Roofing, guttering, drainage maintenance and repair.
• Small scale decoration works including flooring installation
• Carry out security inspections and operations as required and report defects
• Installing signage
• Health & Safety inspections and activities to assist in keeping the development and workplace a safe environment for all
• Undertake any such duties as may be reasonably expected of the role.
• Assist with bin collection on the designated days and be responsible for the sanitization and upkeep of all bins and bin areas
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition and report any issues or requirements for replacement

Skills and Experience Required:

• Full UK clean Driving License (essential).
• CSCS card (desirable - will train if need be).
• Previous related maintenance experience
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in interior/exterior repair
• Professional customer service skills.
• High standard of communication skills, both written and oral.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to build strong working relationships.
