Day Concierge

Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off - 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

SIA REQUIRED

Key Duties:

• Greet residents and visitors in a polite and friendly manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to all residents.
• Proactively anticipate residents' needs.
• Maintain a professional presence in the building, especially at the main reception area.
• Handle residents' requests and complaints efficiently.
• Manage inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as needed.
• Accurately handle parcels and maintain proper records.
• Oversee key management, including signing out key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return.
• Maintain a logbook of contractors and on-site visitors.
• Conduct internal and external patrols of the development.
• Report incidents, problems, or complaints to the appropriate manager promptly.
• Interact with guests, residents, and colleagues in a friendly, professional manner.
• Effectively multi-task, prioritize, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Ensure a secure and safe environment by managing guest verification, controlling elevator access, conducting security checks, and reviewing the CCTV system.
• Perform regular building checks and report maintenance needs through the proper channels.
• Adhere to health, safety, fire, and bomb threat procedures, and report concerns to the appropriate authorities.
• Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures at all times.
• Ensure communal areas are always clean, tidy, and presentable.
• Address and resolve guests' or residents' concerns or complaints, following up as needed.
• Complete the operational reports, handovers, and report any operational issues.
• Act as an ambassador for the company at all times.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Candidates should have prior experience as a residential concierge or in a similar front-of-house role within luxury hospitality or hotel environments.
