- Description
We are currently hiring for a Head Concierge to work on a residential block based in Central London. This role will be to lead and motivate the on-site Concierge team, providing 5* service to residents of the block and ensure the building is run at a high standard.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Duties:
- Leading the concierge team, providing relevant training where required
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of concierges, porters, and front-of-house staff
- Ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and security of public areas
- Routine health and safety checks to ensure the building is fully compliant
- Attending regular meetings with the clients and Property Manager to ensure high levels of service are delivered
- Acting as the main point of contact for residents, handling their requests and concerns
- Managing staff rotas and training
- Liaising with the Property Manager and other departments
- Overseeing visitors, contractors, and access control
Ideal Candidate:
- Over 3 years' experience working at a similar level within leasehold blocks or 4-5* hotels.
- IOSH qualified would be beneficial/ preferred.
- Previous experience managing and leading teams.
- Strong attention to detail.
- An understanding of building health and safety/ compliance.
- Fantastic written and oral communication skills.
