We are currently recruiting for a Day Concierge/Porter to work on a residential block situated in South West London. This role involves a mixture of front of house and cleaning duties to ensure the block is kept to a high standard for residents.
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1 hour lunch break)
Duties:
- Welcoming residents and visitors into the building in a polite and friendly manner.
- Provide a presence in the building.
- Dealing with all residents' requests and complaints efficiently.
- Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting, or taking messages as required.
- Accurate parcel handling and recording.
- Maintaining a logbook of current and past contractors and on-site visitors.
- Bin handling and light cleaning duties.
- Reporting health and safety issues to management.
- Ensure the communal areas are always kept clean, tidy, and presentable
- Report any incidents, problems, or complaints to the appropriate manager in a timely manner.
- Dealing with guests/residents' concerns or complaints, to include a follow up in person or in writing.
Suitable candidates will have previous experience working within a similar role in luxury residential or 4-5* hotels.
