- Description
* Control and manage the access of residents and visitors.
* Obtains help by sounding alarms as appropriate or contacting the relevant authorities.
* Prevents losses and damage
* Controls traffic and the movement of people by directing drivers / persons.
* Complete reports and system-based tasks by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
* Ensure adherence to the defined security protocols, tasks and SOPs.
* Responds to all alarms.
* Manage the acceptance, logging and processing of all residential parcels inclusive of monitoring for suspicious packages as per the provide SOP.* Stays in contact with other security personnel to make sure the development is always secure.
