Day Concierge
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £35,000 | Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 7am-7pm

You must hold a valid UK driving licence for at least 2 years. Applicants who do not meet this requirement cannot be considered, as it is essential for meeting insurance regulations.

We are looking for an experienced Day Concierge to deliver exceptional service to residents and guests. You will be the main point of contact, excelling in concierge services, amenity operations, security, and housekeeping, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Assist with luggage, escorting to lifts, personal requests, minor shopping, and other needs.

• Manage handovers, emails, calendars, booking requests, calls, and postal duties.

• Assist with valet parking when required.

• Maintain cleanliness in concierge areas, common parts, and car park.

• Conduct regular property patrols and take appropriate action when needed.

• Maintain impeccable appearance, hygiene, and professional standards.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, guests, team members, and contractors.

• Follow Health & Safety policies and proactively identify risks and hazards.

• Work flexibly to provide cover for colleagues during sickness or holiday absence.

• Perform a variety of tasks efficiently and professionally.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star or luxury residential environment.

• Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Understanding of Health & Safety principles.

• Service-driven with a commitment to going the extra mile.

• Experience with high-net-worth clients preferred.

• Good knowledge of the local area and hospitality contacts preferred.

• Assertive, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Efficient multi-tasker in high-pressure environments.

• Valid and clean driving license essential.
