- Description
PMR provide on-site staff to luxury residential buildings all across London. We are actively recruiting temporary caretaker/cleaners to work on these luxury residential buildings.
We have the below cover available at one of our high end residential sites based in Surrey, KT5. Please only apply, if you live within a commutable distance to Kingston upon Thames and can cover the below dates.

Hours - 8am to 4pm
Hourly rate -£13.85ph + holiday pay ( 1 hours unpaid )
Duties:
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness across the residency at all times.
- Provide general cleaning support for the buildings and external areas.
- Clean, polish & sweep the front entrance of the building.
- Ensuring all glassware is shiny e.g. mirrors & glass surfaces.
- General cleaning duties of communal areas (subject but not limited to gym area, lifts, communal landings, corridors and stairwells)
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Honest and Reliable.
- Team Player.
- Works well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
