- Description
PMR provide on-site staff to high end residential apartments across London and are currently recruiting for a permanent receptionist/concierges to work at a luxury residential development in Knightsbridge. We are looking for 5* candidates.
Salary: £24,000pa
Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off; 8am - 8pm
You must have excellent customer service skills & dress immaculately.
Duties include:
- Welcoming visitors to the building in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.
- Taking delivery of parcels and distributing to residents'.
- Responding to resident queries promptly by telephone and email.
- Maintaining logbook of current and past contractors and onsite visitors.
- Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return
Candidates MUST have previous experience working in either residential or working in 4-5* hotels.
