Job Vacancy: On-Call Handler / Out-of-Hours Consultant

Location: Remote / On-Call
Hours: Every Sunday - 05:30am - 17:30pm (12 hours per week) & occasional additional hours if covering other employees
Hourly Rate: £17.75 & Holiday Pay

Are you calm under pressure, highly organised, and confident juggling multiple tasks at once? We're looking for a proactive and professional On-Call Handler / Out-of-Hours Consultant to join our dynamic team and provide essential support outside of standard office hours.

???? Key Responsibilities:

• Answering and responding to out of hours telephone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner

• Booking temporary staff into urgent shifts as per client requirements

• Confirming shift details with clients and candidates clearly and accurately

• Managing multiple shifts and last minute changes simultaneously

• Updating systems and logs with all communication and bookings

• Maintaining a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise under pressure

• Confident using booking systems, email, and phone professionally

• Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or a fast-paced customer service role preferred

• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-focused at all times
