- Serve as the primary front-of-house contact overnight, providing a welcoming and secure environment for residents and guests.
- Liaise with the on-site security officer to ensure smooth coordination across the development.
- Monitor building systems, report issues, and liaise with emergency contacts if needed.
- Handle resident queries and requests efficiently and discreetly.
- Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and handover notes for day staff.
- Perform regular inspections of communal areas to ensure cleanliness, security, and safety standards are upheld.
